Edison and Parmalat, ambassador summoned to Paris Palazzo Chigi

The French ambassador in Rome, Jean-Marc de La Sabliere was summoned to the palace in the afternoon Chigi, where he was received by Economy Minister Giulio Tremonti and undersecretary Gianni Letta for president to discuss the properties of Italian companies Parmalat and Edison. He reports a political source told Reuters.
During the Council of Ministers this morning Tremonti has done a report on French legislation in defense of their companies operating in strategic areas to study a similar measure to be approved in the coming weeks in Italy.
